History
The Director's History has two versions, the propaganda one that the Dome and all others are taught and his more unknown one that is a bit less puffed up.
The history prior to him taking on the title 'Director' is unknown, there is hints that he may have come from Europe, among other places prior to known history of him. He was an intelligent Director of Future Development for the Optimus-Omega Organization, a defense contractor handed a contract to continue the existance of the species in case of all out nuclear war. He was one who put all his energies into this endeavor and created the plans for a method to save a million people in a shelter and to bring back mankind from this small amount of people. Eventually, after the 2000 bug and aftermath, the shelter was indeed hastily used, not with the exact specifications required. In the shelter he continued his overseeing of the people and he did his best to maintain control and timelines that were called for. He was always considered the gentleman and never really needed security nor force to get people to do their work. Eventually, however being the leader your forced to make the hard decisions like the construction in a radioactive environment, the allowing of mutants to join their numbers (those that needed help etc), and eventually the trade with outsiders. These three primary decisions have haunted him and the Dome in general, with the requirement of a police force to resolve chasms that opened in society. He takes the people's troubles almost as if they were his own problems and never had a problem with being the 'People's Leader'.

The Director has access to the full technological resources of the Dome. This includes modified trucks, powered armor, riot gear, plasma weaponry, and whatever else the Dome scientists can figure out.

History - A man who loves History and has been one to say 'One who does not know History will be forced to repeat it'. He is intent on building a flawless society and digging through past societies is what he hopes will give him a key to the future.
Diplomat - He's able to negotiate between parties, even if it may not concern himself.
Empathy - He's always been strangely empathic with people, always trying to make as many people happy as possible. Even those the OO Security Force might be a bit rough, he keeps a strict hand on their leash when it comes to causing wide conflicts.

- The Director is one of 13 Council members that rule the Dome. He is considered the 'Head Councilor" and acts as the chief executive.
- The Director is known to wander quite a bit around the Dome with two to four power armor wearing guards. However, these guards have never fired a single shot since becoming his security.
