System

Concept:

Society (Mutant/Citizen/Survivor)

Five 'Styles' or Archetypes:

These are specializations a character might have been focused onto during their lives.
Citizens generally are narrowly focused within each of these areas, while Survivors tend to be a bit more loose on their skillsets, while Mutants… in some sense cast aside alot of skills.

Motivation: Primary Motivation for your character (guiding force in life)

Wits:

8 dots for Primary, 6 dots for secondary and, 4 dots for third.
One in each to begin with.

To reflect this,
Citizens must choose one of these 'styles'. Citizens also get 3 preferred skills outside of their 'style'
(skills in these styles ocst less XP)
10 ability points must be spent within these items, and 18 extra can be spread between them or other abilities.

Survivors and Mutants are not quite so strict in their skillsets, they have a bit more choice, either
a) They use the above guidance (such as growing up in an ordered lifestyle)
b) They can choose 6 skills in any of the styles, to reflect the more 'broader' education that life in the desert brings.

Power - Unarmed, Melee, Tactics, Guns, Thrown Weapons
Cunning - Persuasion, Presence, Survival, Bureaucracy, Athletics
Intelligence - Craft, Salvage, Repair, Medicine, Research
Knowledge - Investigation, Language, Technology, Teaching, Religion
Precision - Awareness, Dodge, Pickpocketing, Piloting, Stealth

These points can not be used to bring above 3 (bonus points can be used later)
